How to Cook Chicken Legs on Blackstone Griddle
- Step 1 – Preheat a Blackstone grill over medium heat to approximately 400 degrees F.
- Step 2 – Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Step 3 – Place the drumsticks in a large bowl, pour the oil on top and sprinkle the seasonings over the drumsticks.
- Step 4 – Toss to make sure that the drumsticks are thoroughly coated in the olive and the dry rub.
- Step 5 – Place the drumsticks on the Blackstone grill. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes to brown the skin on the drumsticks.
- Step 6 – Reduce the heat to medium on the Blackstone grill. Then add a small amount of water to the grill and cover the drumsticks with a dome.
- Step 7 – Cook for 10-15 minutes flipping them halfway through the cook time until the chicken has an internal temperature of 175-180 degrees F.
- Step 8 – Then remove the drumsticks from the grill and allow it to rest for at least 5 minutes and then the chicken is ready to serve and enjoy!
