Chicken drumsticks is a great cut of chicken and are move flavorful than chicken breast. The skin is cooked until it reaches a golden, crispy outside texture. But the inside may not be cooked.

To make sure you chicken drumsticks are done, use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken drumsticks are cooked to a safe temperature before eating.

Chicken just needs to be cooked to 165 degrees F but we prefer to cook drumsticks longer to prevent any residual blood around the bones in the drumsticks.
