How Long to Grill a Burger

When you are ready to grill a burger, preheat the grill and oil the grates. Use any oil with a high smoke point. Vegetable oil, canola oil, coconut oil or avocado oil will all work great in this recipe.

Cooking time will vary but it will take about 6 minutes on each to grill the burgers. We recommend grilling the burgers on medium high heat.

We like to use an meat thermometer to make sure the burger is cooked thoroughly.

How to Assemble PB & J Burger Recipe

After cooking the beef patties remove from the grill. We immediately top the burger with warmed peanut butter to allow it to melt on the burger.

Toast the buns and then place the burger topped with peanut butter on the bottom bun. Top the burger with jelly and place two slices of bacon on top. Place the top buns on the burger and serve.
