Frequently Asked Questions
We make our hamburgers with ground beef with about 15% to 20% fat. The fat keeps the burger juicy and flavorful.
Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your hamburger patty, but our burgers cooked in about 5 minutes on each side. If you prefer your hamburger patty to have a little pink in the middle, you can cook less time.
Store the leftover burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 4-5 days. For best results, we recommend storing the toppings separately from the burger. This will prevent the toppings and buns from getting soggy.
