Yes, you can cook pizza on the flat top griddle using a variety of pizza crust with your favorite toppings. It melts the cheese perfectly and gives the crust a crispy texture and a smoky flavor.
You can even make it in a pizza oven for a wood-fired pizza flavor.

Recipe Tips
- Preparing Pizza – I prepared my pizzas on a cutting board so that it was easy to slide them onto the grill.
- Cooking Pizza – We recommend covering the pizza with a dome as it helps to melt the cheese and creates a crispy crust.
- Griddle Heats – Make sure to prepare griddle and heat before placing crust on the grill.
