We make a lot of recipes on our Blackstone but steak and potatoes on Blackstone griddle is my family’s favorite. Simple steak bites are combined with diced potatoes and mixed with a simple seasoning.

The Blackstone Potato Recipe and steak are cooked tender leaving them tasting so delicious. The garlic butter coats the potatoes and steak bites giving them so much flavor.

This is the perfect weeknight dinner as dinner is done within 20 minutes.

Why We Love This Recipe

Steak and potatoes make the perfect combination. Cooking on the flat top grill allows my to cook everything at once because of the large cooking surface.

The steak and potatoes cook tender and juicy with simple seasoning. Feel free to change the seasoning or add in other types of vegetables.

Seasoning Variations

  • Garlic – We used garlic powder, but you can use fresh garlic or garlic salt.
  • Italian Seasoning – Use Italian Seasoning for added flavor.
  • Season Salt – I love using season salt as it is a blend of many spices and works perfectly with steak and potatoes.
