How to Steak Tacos on the Blackstone Griddle

Step 1 – In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, smoked paprika, and ground cinnamon.

Step 2 – Rub the steak with avocado oil and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the steak, pressing it into the meat.

Step 3 – Preheat the Blackstone griddle to high heat. Place the steak on the hot griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
