Frequently Asked Questions

What Cheese is Good with Buffalo?

We love the flavor of Monterey Jack Cheese but cheddar cheese is another family favorite.

Which is better to use for Grilled Cheese, mayonnaise or butter?

Mayonnaise does have a higher smoke point which makes it harder to burn your grilled cheese. I grew up using butter and still prefer to make my grilled cheese with butter.

How to Store Leftover Grilled Cheese

These Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches are best served fresh. But if you do have leftovers, you can store in an air tight container in the fridge.

Can I Make on Stove Top?

Yes, you can cook this grilled cheese melt in a skillet over medium heat.
