How to Make Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese on Blackstone Griddle
Step 1 – Place 2 tablespoons of the butter in a small microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Stir in the buffalo sauce and whisk until combined with the butter.
Step 2 – Then stir in the cooked shredded chicken and the blue cheese crumbles
Step 3 – Spread the remaining butter onto one side of each of the slices of sandwich bread. Top each with ½ cup of the shredded cheese, then top with the buffalo chicken mixture and the remaining shredded cheese.
Step 4 – Heat a Blackstone Grill over medium heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the sandwiches on the grill. Cook over medium high heat for approximately 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 5 – Flip the sandwiches and cook the other side of the sandwiches for 4-5 more minutes until golden brown.
- Step 6 – Remove from heat and cut in half, serve and enjoy.

Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese

- 4 Slices White Sandwich Bread
- 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Butter divided and softened
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

- Stir in the buffalo sauce and whisk until combined with the butter.
- Then stir in the cooked chicken and the blue cheese crumbles
- Spread the remaining butter onto one side of each of the slices of bread.
- Place 2 pieces of the bread, butter side down, on a work surface. Top each with ½ cup of the shredded cheese, then top with the buffalo chicken mixture and the remaining shredded cheese.
- Top with the remaining pieces of bread (butter side facing out).
- Heat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the sandwiches on the grill. Cook over medium high heat for approximately 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
